大断面软弱煤巷锚固注浆支护技术研究

Study on Anchor Grouting Support Technology of Soft and Weak Coal lane in Large Section

摘要: 针对山阴姚寨煤矿三采区的大断面软弱破碎煤岩巷道强度低、完整性差、变形严重等问题,提出了采用锚固注浆技术进行加固,注浆孔采用深浅相间的排列方式,同时注浆采用双液法。巷道支护加固后监测结果显示:巷道变形量在前10d变化相对较快,可达总位移的58%左右,10~20d变形量逐渐变小,20d后慢慢趋于稳定|总变形量较原支护方式降低17%左右|锚固支护与注浆联合支护的方式,有效的解决了巷道稳定性与变形的问题。

Abstract: The anchor grouting technique is a kind of sublimate of anchorage support,It makes the surrounding rock to form a wholethrough groutingand then to anchorage,It can improve the ability of resistance to deformation of surrounding rock,and solve the low roadway surrounding rock strength, breakage and the problem of large deformation.Taking a mine roadway in shanxi as an example, it was adopted in conjunction with anchoring and grouting support,Effectively solved the problem of roadway stability and deformation,It fully proved that the anchor grouting support is a roadway support technology which can control the deformation effectively, and has great potential.
